What exactly do you supply?

Bulk fragrance oils formulated from individual raw materials. We do not supply bottles, labels, boxes or finished bottled perfumes.

What is the minimum order?

Our minimum bulk order is 5 kg. Tell us the fragrances and quantities you need so we can confirm the order structure for your project.

How do samples and revisions work?

Samples are paid, with unlimited formulation revisions. We confirm sample costs and development scope before starting. Sampling takes roughly one week, although some compositions need longer.

How long does bulk production take?

Bulk production typically takes 3–4 weeks and can occasionally exceed a month. Formula development and revision time depend on your project and approval. We confirm the timeline with you.

Can my custom formula be exclusive?

Yes, when exclusivity is agreed. We discuss the specific terms for your custom formula as part of the project.

How are inspired formulas developed?

Our working library includes 500+ inspired formulas. GC–MS analysis is carried out overseas to inform reconstruction and development from individual raw materials.

Can you provide BCSIR certification?

BCSIR certification can be arranged upon request. Tell us the tests and documentation you require. The resulting document applies to the submitted sample and tests performed.
